Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in-house — from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units. Yard Operative

This is a superb opportunity for Yard Operative to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Laser Operative to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role

• Use the FLT to load and unload deliveries.
• Assist with internal & external deliveries & collections.
• Apply tagging system onto equipment when items return to depot
• Maintain cables – sort, number, clean and repair.
• Continuous compliance and health and safety checks.
• Supporting colleagues with the workload.
• Accurate recording keeping using the company’s bespoke system.

The Person

• Workshop or logistics experience required.
• FLT experience.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of health and safety.
• Good housekeeping.
• Be able to understand risk assessments.
• Any experience in a Yard position is attractive.
